The personnel was really helpful and eager to serve any of our needs. They even purchased an iron to help us have it all the time in our room. The apartment had a lot of space for us open our luggages and still moving freely around

Sound insulation. We couldn't hear the neighbors from our room, but we could hear everything that was happening in the reception area and in the hallway.
